Strategic Account Representative
Gestionar y expandir cuentas clave dentro de instituciones de salud, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales mediante la venta de productos de especialidad. Desarrollar estrategias para la prescripción, compra y rotación de productos, manteniendo relaciones sólidas con profesionales de la salud y stakeholders clave.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes comerciales y promocionales, estratégicos en instituciones de salud a cargo.
  • Gestionar relaciones con decisores y stakeholders clave para impulsar la venta de productos de especialidad.
  • Identificar y aprovechar oportunidades de negocio dentro de las cuentas a cargo.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos (marketing, medical, finanzas) para garantizar la implementación exitosa de los planes comerciales.
  • Realizar seguimiento del comportamiento del mercado y de la competencia, adaptando las estrategias según sea necesario.
  • Mantener actualizado el Kardex de clientes y gestionar la base de datos de profesionales de la salud. Cumpliendo con los KPI exigidos por la compañía

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en áreas de la salud, ciencias biológicas, administración o afines.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica, con al menos 3 años en ventas de especialidad o portafolio cardiorrenometabolico
  • Conocimiento profundo del sistema de salud Peruano.
  • Habilidades de negociación y comunicación efectiva con profesionales de la salud.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de office y CRM (Veeva).
  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
