We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our BCS Delivery Team. In this role, you will contribute to building foundational enterprise-wide solutions focused on document ingestion, unstructured data storage, knowledge management, and process automation. Your work will solve some of the toughest challenges across Marsh, delivering scalable and resilient services that support large user bases and critical revenue streams. You will collaborate with talented professionals in a dynamic environment, leveraging cutting-edge technologies including AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive innovation and operational excellence. This position will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React (Vue or Angular are also great).
  • Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS or a similar technology stack.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Python.
  • Strong comprehension of RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of deployments and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques.
  • A creative, problem-solving mindset that drives your work.
  • Excellent communication skills.

What makes you stand out?

  • Practical experience with Kubernetes and MongoDB and Cloud Services such as (S3, Lamdbas, SQS etc)
  • Familiarity with document ingestion, unstructured data storage, or knowledge management systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with deploying and operationalizing AI/LLM-based solutions in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, deployments, and cloud-native technologies
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and related topics such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
