Position: Senior Frontend Software Engineer

Join a high-performance product squad dedicated to modernizing a critical digital ecosystem. You will lead the frontend architecture evolution, transitioning complex legacy systems into responsive, scalable interfaces using React and TypeScript. This role requires a developer who thrives at the intersection of UI excellence and engineering rigor—integrating real-time data via WebSockets and GraphQL while deploying to AWS. You will also be a pioneer in adopting AI-assisted workflows to maximize velocity and code quality within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design and build scalable, reusable frontend components using React.js and TypeScript, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of responsive designs.
- Advanced API Integration: Engineer robust data-fetching strategies by integrating complex REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets, focusing on error handling and latency optimization.
- Cloud & DevOps Collaboration: Manage application deployment and monitoring on AWS, maintaining CI/CD pipelines and utilizing containerization best practices.
- AI-Driven Development: Actively leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development cycles, generate boilerplate, and enhance code quality.
- Agile Leadership: Contribute as a senior technical voice in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, ensuring the delivery of high-value features.
Must-Have Skills
- Core Engineering: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with deep expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- API & Data: Strong experience with REST API consumption, GraphQL, and WebSockets, including advanced error handling and performance tuning.
- Cloud & CI/CD: Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS preferred) with a strong working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
- Modern Tooling: Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance productivity.
- Agile & Communication: Proven experience in Agile remote teams with Fluent English (C1+) for daily technical and strategic communication.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Security Mindset: Awareness of frontend security best practices (XSS, CSRF, OAuth/OIDC authentication flows).
- Observability: Exposure to frontend monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog, New Relic) to track performance metrics and diagnose production errors.
- Testing: Experience with end-to-end and unit testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, or Jest).
