About this opportunity
At Ericsson, we are seeking an Assistant who will play a key role in enabling our managers and unit leadership teams through high-quality administrative support. In this position, you will act as a trusted partner, empowered to represent the unit, make delegated decisions, and coordinate a wide range of administrative activities and projects.
As an administrative expert, you will ensure efficient navigation of Ericsson's internal processes, systems, and tools-optimizing ways of working so leaders can focus on core business priorities. You will also contribute to maintaining Ericsson's high standards of integrity by adhering to our Code of Business Ethics (CoBE) and anti-bribery and corruption policies.
What you will do
  • Act as a steward of information, ensuring accurate organization, governance, and compliance within document management systems.
  • Prepare, manage, and distribute content, including support for audits and internal reviews.
  • Administer orders, invoices, and expense reimbursements in accordance with Ericsson policies and procedures.
  • Provide first-line support for system-related queries and escalations, including access management and information security.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, visa processes, and employee mobility activities in line with applicable regulations.
  • Manage entry and exit administration, supporting smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees and consultants.
  • Support leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and official communications.
  • Continuously improve administrative routines and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build strong internal and external networks, promote knowledge sharing, and proactively drive administrative issues to resolution.

  • Strong planning, organizing, and meeting management capabilities
  • Experience in business process administration and process improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and electronic document management systems
  • Solid business understanding and ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent business communication and presentation preparation skills
  • Ability to network, consult, and collaborate effectively across teams
  • High awareness of compliance requirements and information governance
  • Strong knowledge-sharing mindset
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
