We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer with advanced frontend expertise and proficient backend experience in Java to help strengthen our team. You’ll be at the heart of our mission to revolutionize the digital banking experience for financial institutions worldwide, building scalable and resilient features that will reach over 100 million users.

You'll be a key part of our dynamic team, focusing on building our digital banking applications for Retail and Business Banking.
Your typical day will include:
● Contributing to new and existing features, proofs of concept, and technical improvements across our digital banking product suite.
● Designing and developing rich, omnichannel user experiences with Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices, seamlessly integrating them with backend services built in Java and Spring Boot.
● Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code that is scalable, secure, and cross-browser compatible.
● Collaborating with architects and fellow developers to deliver end-to-end solutions, from concept to production.
● Sharing knowledge and mentoring less experienced engineers, while fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
● Working with cutting-edge technologies and principles, including microservices, CI/CD, cloud-native deployments, and enterprise integration patterns.
We are looking for someone with:
● 6+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in complex product environments.
● Advanced Frontend expertise:
1.Angular & TypeScript (expert level).
2.RxJS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, SASS/CSS.
3.Experience with build tools (Webpack, npm, Angular CLI; Nx is a plus).
● Proficient Backend knowledge:
1.Java, Spring Boot, Maven.
2.Experience with microservices architecture.
3.Experience with relational databases and enterprise integration patterns.
4.Familiarity with cloud and application servers (WebSphere, JBoss, etc.).
● Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
● Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
● Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar) and Agile practices.
● Experience with non-functional requirements (security, scalability, performance).
● Fintech or banking product experience is an advantage.
● You thrive in cross-functional teams, take ownership, and communicate confidently with technical and business stakeholders.
