We’re looking for a senior frontend engineer who wants to build something foundational — not just another dashboard.
This is a product architecture role, not a maintenance role.
What You’ll Do
• Architect and build high-performance React applications
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets / streaming APIs
• Design scalable state management for complex communication flows
• Build event-driven, responsive, minimal UI experiences
• Collaborate closely with product and backend on protocol-driven features
• Own features end-to-end — from concept to production
Core Requirements
• 5+ years of professional React experience
• Strong TypeScript and modern hooks-based architecture
• Deep understanding of rendering performance & frontend optimization
• Experience building real-time applications (WebSockets, SSE, subscriptions)
• Strong grasp of state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar)
• Experience integrating REST and event-driven APIs
• Clean, structured, production-grade code mindset
Nice to Have
• Experience building messaging or collaboration platforms
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or utility-first styling
• Exposure to backend systems (Node.js preferred)
• Experience in fast-moving product/startup environments
