We are looking for an energetic, intelligent, and driven Senior Frontend Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team. In this role, you will interact with the community of engineers on our technologies - especially our product called Tosca. You will be working on a new set of cloud products supporting continuous testing and effortless automation for enterprise applications.
What you`ll do:
- Build high-quality, testable, performant, user-centric interfaces for our testing services
- Ensure the quality of your and your team’s code by exploratory and automated testing
- Partner with Product and UX to design intuitive, goal-aligned user experiences
- Lead by example through code reviews and active knowledge sharing
- Advocate for best practices and drive technical decisions
- Contribute to our company design system
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on architecture and direction
- Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies and patterns
- Continuously refine frontend tooling and workflows
- Design and implement scalable frontend architectures for next-gen Tricentis products
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience building complex web applications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript
- 3+ years of experience with React
- Experience with optimising performance and accessibility (a11y)
- Experience optimising frontend build pipelines
- Great with test automation frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Cypress)
- Solid understanding of modern frontend development trends
- Proven success in agile, cross-functional development teams
- Comfortable with change and iterative product development
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Track record of writing high-quality, maintainable code and applying engineering best practices
- Great communication skills in English
If you’ve got some of these skills, even better:
- Additional backend experience will be considered a plus (especially C#/.NET)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Microfrontends
- Experience with developing cloud services
- Experience with using AI tools like Cursor or Co-pilot
