As part of its growing activities, Dailymotion is looking to enforce its Studio Team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our products and building innovative features in close cooperation with Backend Developers, Product Managers, Designers and Scrum Masters. 

Feature Development: Create and enhance user-specific features across all devices—desktop, tablets, and mobile web.

User Experience Innovation: Leverage global audience feedback to contribute to a state-of-the-art, cross-device user experience.

Codebase Optimization: Maintain and optimize the existing codebase while driving innovative improvements to our framework.

Best Practices Enforcement: Uphold and enforce best practices, including testing, coding guidelines, and continuous deployment.

React Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with React in professional or personal projects; familiarity with Flux/Redux and GraphQL is advantageous.

Web Development Expertise: Strong background in web development, solid understanding of core web and browser concepts, and a proven track record of working on high-traffic websites (4+ years). Knowledge of Node.js is a plus.

Responsive Design: Expertise in responsive design and a mobile-first approach, ensuring optimal performance and core web vitals across all devices.

Adherence to Best Practices: Commitment to best practices, including test-driven development and proficiency in ES5/ES6. Experience with writing automated tests using Jest and Cypress.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent English communication skills, capable of working effectively in an international team. A GitHub account showcasing side projects is considered a plus.
