The Mission
Our team was officially established in 2019 to develop an innovative project that brings value to both our customers and partners. Together, we launched a cashback service that enhances customer loyalty to the bank and provides instant rewards for their everyday shopping.
Currently, the team is expanding and maintaining a mobile-first, data-driven platform for consumers and merchants across Europe. By leveraging machine learning technology, we continuously deliver increasingly relevant offers to consumers and provide an advanced targeting engine for merchants.
Our top-notch team covers all the necessary specializations for technical development and maintenance, as well as meeting the operational and business needs of the service.
We are a growing initiative, collaborating with Germany, Belgium, and Romania, with other countries on our onboarding list. Throughout this journey, we will utilize Agile methodologies to shape and deliver the best consumer and merchant experience.
Your day to day
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in web components and JavaScript frameworks to join our dynamic team. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user interfaces for our web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in frontend development, a deep understanding of web technologies, and a passion for creating seamless and visually appealing user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive and interactive web components;
- Utilize web components and JavaScript frameworks to build modular and reusable UI elements;
- Demonstrate proficiency in working with web components and popular JavaScript frameworks, such as Lit, React, Angular, or Vue.js;
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in frontend technologies and best practices for building scalable and maintainable code;
- Ensure that web applications are compatible across different browsers and devices, addressing any potential issues related to performance or user experience;
- Optimize frontend code for maximum performance and efficiency, implementing best practices to enhance page loading times and overall responsiveness;
- Work closely with backend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of frontend components with backend systems;
- Communicate effectively with team members to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and participate in code reviews;
- Conduct thorough testing of frontend components to identify and address bugs, performance issues, and compatibility problems;
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software;
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and development processes to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
What you’ll bring to the team

Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a focus on web components and JavaScript frameworks;

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;

Experience with web component libraries and tools;

Experience with Lit or React, Angular or Vue js;

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling;

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment;

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Foreign languages: English (advanced).
