Job Details

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, test, and maintain application software
- Management/monitoring tools
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and applications availability
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with other colleagues to provide solutions
- Provide 2nd level support for external and local applications.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Rollout and applications troubleshooting
- Tracking and Handling L2 SQL Servers & Application incidents
Requirements:
- 2 years working experience
- Good IT knowledge
- Create and modify SQL scripts or applications to perform tasks
- Kubernetes and containers (e.g. Docker) experience
Technical Skills:
- Ms SQL Databases working experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Hardware, systems, and networking software
- Cloud -preferably Microsoft Office 365
