Optimiza is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing, user-focused web interfaces and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience while maintaining and improving code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in web development.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high quality throughout the team.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development to provide suggestions for improvements.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and enhance applications based on user feedback.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Experience consuming APIs and working with RESTful services.
- Expertise in working with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of design principles and how to implement them in applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
