Optimiza is seeking a Senior Front-end Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge web applications, creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. As part of a collaborative environment, you will work with designers and back-end developers to implement robust front-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- 4–6 years of professional experience in software development.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual designs into working code.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in front-end development.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native and contribute to web applications using Angular.
- Design, build, and integrate secure, scalable APIs and backend services using C#/.NET Core and modern architectures.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across multiple devices and platforms.
- Ensure applications comply with industry standards, security policies, and internal performance benchmarks.
- Lead incident response activities, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements to system reliability and technical debt reduction.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs.
- Contribute to project planning, agile ceremonies, resource estimation, and product roadmap execution.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support guides, and architectural artifacts.
- Lead and support the implementation of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and quality assurance best practices.
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs to monitor application health, performance, and development velocity
