We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in UX Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in frontend development, coupled with a deep understanding of user experience principles and design methodologies. This role requires proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc., to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that translate user needs into intuitive interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Utilize design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend components.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of usability principles and information architecture.
• Implement responsive designs and ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to frontend development and UX design.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on development projects and UX Design.
• Strong architecture and design experience, with at least 3 years providing UX Design expertise for enterprise applications on AWS.
• Expertise in large-scale, high-performance enterprise application deployment and UX Design on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality designs that meet user needs and business goals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with backend development and RESTful API integration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
