WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGReporting to the CFO, you will lead forecasting, performance tracking, and shareholder reporting, creating clear visibility into business performance
You actively build and further professionalise the FP&A setup, improving planning models, structures, and reporting beyond spreadsheet based processes
You own budgeting, strategic planning, and variance analysis across all functions, driving capital-efficient decision-making
You deliver investor-grade board reporting, models, dashboards, and actionable financial insights
You track and optimize core SaaS metrics in close collaboration with GTM, BI, and leadership teams
You build driver-based models for scenario planning, hiring pace, pricing, and investment evaluation
You act as Finance’s interface to BI, Tableau, and Salesforce, ensuring accurate data flows into planning and reporting
You partner closely with the Financial Operations to align forecast accuracy with actuals, treasury planning, and financial discipline
You support future funding or M&A processes through strong financial storytelling, data confidence, and robust analytical preparation
You mentor and develop junior FP&A talent, helping scale planning excellence and financial rigor across the organization

5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or SaaS financial modeling; investor reporting experience is a strong plus
Strong mastery of SaaS metrics and planning logic (ARR, churn, CAC, margins)
Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets); experience with BI tools such as Tableau preferred
Experience working with Salesforce and commercial data to analyze GTM performance
Solid understanding of accounting systems and ability to link forecasts with actuals and cash flow
Hands-on, execution-driven mindset, comfortable working with imperfect data and improving structures
Clear, confident communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluent in English; German is a plus
