What This Role Is All About
Likewize is searching for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join us onsite at our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas. As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll be supporting various functions of the finance team by providing your skills in detailed financial analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll get your hands on a variety of projects and transactions to help drive our growth and profitability here at Likewize. This role is perfect for you if you consider yourself eager, driven, and a strategic thinker who loves to bring new ideas to the table.
Your Key Areas of Focus
Support our FP&A, Treasury, and Investor Relations by diving into financial results, cash flow trends, and forecasting models to tell the story behind the numbers.
Build monthly and quarterly reporting packages that are clean and insightful, complete with smart variance analysis and solid balance sheet support.
Jump in on financing activities, craft polished investor presentations, and help our leaders shine with support on executive‑level reviews.
Enhance our recurring financial reports by standardizing, simplifying, and enhancing them, all while tackling ad‑hoc requests with curiosity and innovation.
Team up with cross‑functional partners to keep deliverables on track, solve data issues, and uncover root‑cause insights.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects that turn data into direction, helping our team shape smarter decisions across the business.
What We’re Looking For
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or any related field that supports your foundation in FP&A.
At least 3-5 years of experience in finance or a related field – you’ve done it before and you’re ready for more!
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to evolve large data sets and create clear actionable insights for management.
An eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute. You ask questions, raise your hand, and aren’t afraid to make suggestions about how we should do things.
Being able to navigate ambiguity and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment - You work well independently and have great problem-solving skills.
Additional professional skills that will help you thrive in your role, including verbal & written communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Extra Skills We’d Love to See
Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Planning — you know how to bring data to life with smart insights and streamlined forecasting
Experience having your hands on ERP software including NetSuite
An understanding of the world of accounting
