- Ensure the relevancy and the accuracy of financial data to enhance decision-making processes
- Collaborate with business partners through an analytical and solution-oriented perspective
- Take part in projects aimed at the continuous improvement and structuring of Finance and FP&A functions (e.g., deploying new tools, creating dashboards).
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audit / controlling, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fp&a team or audit / consulting firm.
- Strong interest in data-driven projects and modeling skills (Gsheet, Excel and Pigment), with a high level of rigor and confidence in working with tools handling large datasets.
- Detailed oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with Pigment is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to guide operational teams effectively and with clarity.
- A passion for challenges and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively.
- Autonomous, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
