Opportunity Overview:
As Greystar's APAC platform grows, so does the need for sharp, commercially minded people to help run it. Based in Sydney, you'll own FP&A end-to-end across Singapore, South Korea, Australia and Japan, spanning our PBSA and BTR assets. You’ll partner closely across the business and with heads of department, sharpening reporting, forecasting and process, and building smarter, more automated ways of working as we scale.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Accountabilities
Lead FP&A across Singapore, South Korea, Australia and Japan, covering all asset classes
Design and embed best-practice FP&A processes, tools and controls across the region
Identify and deliver automation opportunities to streamline reporting and forecasting
Partner with heads of department and business unit leaders across APAC on budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
Prepare clear, accurate reporting and insights that support timely decision-making
Support month-end, quarter-end and annual planning cycles across multiple markets
Act as a trusted finance partner, translating complex data into practical business insight
About You:
You're a FP&A professional with the confidence to own your numbers end-to-end across multiple markets. You're energised by improving how things work, comfortable operating across time zones and asset types, and you bring the initiative to keep things moving in a growing, fast-paced platform.
In addition, you bring:
Demonstrated FP&A experience, ideally within real estate or investment management
CA or CPA qualifications or working towards it is highly regarded
Experience working within ASX-listed, global or multinational organisations
A track record of driving process improvement and automation
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders across regions
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex data sets
Ability to work autonomously as a senior individual contributor
Power BI and Anaplan experience highly regarded but not essential
