POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Analyst, FP&A – Network Consolidation & Management Process supports the end-to-end financial consolidation of the Network P&L and manages the operational cadence of the Finance management process within CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services business. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A Fees, Credits, GTs, Legislative & Network Consolidation, this role aggregates and reconciles revenue, COGS, fees, and credits across all network segments into a complete and accurate Network financial view. The Sr. Analyst also owns calendar management and process coordination for close, budget, and forecast cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs across the team.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 30% - Supports the consolidation of the Network P&L – aggregating and reconciling revenue, COGS, fees, and credits across all network segments into an executive-ready financial view.
- 25% - Manages the Finance management process calendar, coordinating deliverable timelines across the Network Finance team for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
- 25% - Prepares consolidated reporting packages and management presentations, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation across all Network P&L components.
- 15% - Identifies and resolves consolidation variances and reconciling items across network segments; escalates material issues to the Manager.
- 5% - Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
