🏡 Where you'll fit in

We are building out a world-class Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to support our rapid global growth. We’re looking for a high-calibre Senior FP&A Analyst with a background in investment banking, private equity, or top-tier strategy or finance roles.

This is a rare chance to move from advisory into operating, where you’ll help shape the trajectory of one of the most ambitious multinational SaaS platforms in the market. You’ll be in the engine room of strategic decision-making, with daily exposure to senior leadership and a clear path to accelerated career growth while at the same time making a big green dent in the world.

🚀 What you’ll own

  • Financial Modelling:  Build simple and pragmatic analysis to answer questions and support recommendations, before the questions arise.  Build and maintain complex models for scenario planning, evaluating potential investments, and assessing risks.

  • Budgeting, Performance Analysis & Forecasting: Help to run the annual budgeting process.  On a monthly and quarterly basis, develop and continuously refine reporting &  KPIs to improve transparency, accountability, and decision-making.

  • Data guru: Become a master of data sources, respond to ad hoc questions quickly, accurately, and proactively. Develop dashboards into scalable, self service tools.

  • Operational problem solving: Proactively diagnose operational bottlenecks. Deploy tactical, data-driven solutions to remove friction in day-to-day execution

  • Executive Materials: Prepare high-quality analysis and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with commercial, product, and operations leaders to align financial outcomes with strategic initiatives.

🧠 What you bring to the party

    What you’ll need:

  • Technical & advanced analytics: Advanced Google Sheet or Excel proficiency.  SQL. Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or specialized FP&A software (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan) is beneficial.

  • Proven ability to work in ambiguity: You can, with some support, frame a problem, find the right data,  test hypotheses and move forward without waiting for perfect inputs. You can draw out the insights from complex or incomplete data.

  • Business acumen:  You can join the dots between business imperatives, stakeholders’ priorities, and external factors

  • Communication: You can challenge assumptions constructively and confidently with senior stakeholders.  You can create board-ready and management level materials.

  • Experience: 5+ years across a combination of strategy consulting, banking, private equity or FP&A in fast moving environments.

  • How You Work

  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving, scaling environment

  • Low Ego You are equally comfortable developing the 3-year plan for the Board as you are digging into broken cell references in a Google sheet.  You are happy to ask for help when you need it, and you jump in to help other people.

  • A "maker" You don’t do things "because that's how they’re done." You ask questions and figure out if there’s another way to do things.

  • You are commercially curious and outcome-focused

What we offer

  • Opportunity to work at the centre of one of the fastest-growing SaaS businesses with operations across multiple regions.

  • Exposure to complex, multinational finance challenges

  • Competitive compensation including base, bonus, and equity participation.

  • A culture of high standards, collaboration, and ownership.
