Position: Senior FP&A Analyst
Work Location: São Paulo / Campinas

Main Activities:
- Prepare ad hoc analyses to measure business performance, including cross-functional areas when needed.
- Participate in weekly sales performance review meetings with the Sales team.
- Support monthly close, annual planning, and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
- Provide commentary and inputs for monthly financial presentations and reporting templates.
- Participate in monthly financial review meetings as part of the Commercial FP&A supporting function.
- Drive process standardization initiatives and assist with streamlining financial reporting processes.
- Prepare analyses and execute reporting related to incentive compensation plans, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a finance business partner to the Sales team, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
- Support the development and enhancement of reporting used by the Commercial team.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reporting across tools and reporting systems.
- Provide clear financial commentary and insights while meeting reporting deadlines.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of financial reporting processes.
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Big-picture mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
