Position: Senior FP&A Analyst

Work Location: São Paulo / Campinas

Work Model: Hybrid

Main Activities:

  • Prepare ad hoc analyses to measure business performance, including cross-functional areas when needed.
  • Participate in weekly sales performance review meetings with the Sales team.
  • Support monthly close, annual planning, and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
  • Provide commentary and inputs for monthly financial presentations and reporting templates.
  • Participate in monthly financial review meetings as part of the Commercial FP&A supporting function.
  • Drive process standardization initiatives and assist with streamlining financial reporting processes.
  • Prepare analyses and execute reporting related to incentive compensation plans, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a finance business partner to the Sales team, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Support the development and enhancement of reporting used by the Commercial team.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reporting across tools and reporting systems.
  • Provide clear financial commentary and insights while meeting reporting deadlines.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of financial reporting processes.  

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Big-picture mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
