Senior Forecasting & Planning Analyst
TruVolt Brands is looking for a Senior Forecasting & Planning Analyst to join its dynamic and growing team of top professionals that manufacture and sell DTC and B2B, state-of-the art home, garden and landscaping equipment. Think green! Think electric and battery powered snow blowers, lawnmowers, pressure washers and chainsaws. TruVolt carries over 700 products, all of the Snow Joe brands and recently acquired Jetson (which currently produces the number 1 selling e-bicycle in the US Shop Joe Brands: Snow Joe®, Sun Joe®, Aqua Joe®, Auto Joe® , Electric Bikes, Scooters, Hoverboards and More (ridejetson.com).
You will take on the critical role of forecasting, planning, purchasing and inventory management of our products, across multiple brands, supporting our rapidly growing wholesale and ecommerce businesses. Specific duties include:

  • Become a cross-functional leader who will obtain inputs and date from sales, customers, finance, supply planning, manufacturing, and other functions to develop an assumption-based demand plan.
  • Develop, achieve, and improve forecasting accuracy KPIs and provide key item exception reporting.
  • Develop CPFR (collaborative planning) relationships with key customers to align on events/promotions and demand plans to achieve customer service objectives.
  • Create a “one-team” environment with procurement, production and supply planning to improve service and inventory metrics.
  • Monitor and ensure that the flow of products from manufacturing plant to customer shipping / receiving is operationally efficient, cost effective and without any supply & inventory disruption.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in forecasting, demand planning and inventory management for an eCommerce, wholesale, consumer goods / products business (Omnichannel). 
• Bachelor's degree in business (BA) required, MBA preferred.

• Strong collaborative, interpersonal, problem solving, leadership and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Retail/Link, Madrid, Amazon Vendor/Sell Central, Target Vendor Portal required

Strong Excel and Office skills required. Database skills such as SQL a plus.
• Ability to develop forecast models and an understanding of basic statistics required.
• APICS, IBF, or other Certification a plus
