Position Summary:As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst on our Finance team, you will play a key role in SPS Commerce's external financial reporting and technical accounting functions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move out of public accounting or continue developing their financial reporting expertise at a dynamic, growth-oriented company. You'll partner across the Finance organization to support SEC reporting requirements, drive modernization of the reporting environment, and improve existing processes to make them more efficient and reliable.What You'll Do:
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports (Forms 10-Q and 10-K), performing detailed reviews of disclosures to ensure conformance with established rules and regulations
- Support Investor Relations processes and documents, including earnings press releases
- Partner with account owners and cross-functional teams to enhance the accuracy of financial and non-financial information
- Utilize and optimize reporting tools including Workiva and Oracle to support and improve reporting processes
- Research technical accounting matters as needed and arrive at appropriate conclusions given the facts and circumstances
- Draft and assist in the development of accounting policies and documentation of significant accounting transactions
- Fulfill external audit requests accurately and on time
- Serve as a proactive business partner to other departments by providing accurate and consistent reporting
- Execute non-recurring finance projects as needed
Where You'll Work:
This role is hybrid out of our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, about 2x a week. We Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of public accounting experience, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of industry experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, including SEC regulations and underlying U.S. GAAP
- Previous public company financial reporting experience as either an auditor or an employee of a publicly traded company preferred
- CPA (active or inactive) preferred
- Experience with Workiva, Oracle, and/or Intelligize preferred

The annual salary range for this role is: $90,200 - $129,300. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
