This senior-level administrative role involves managing a wide range of confidential and high-responsibility office and administrative tasks, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional client service within the wealth management sector. The position plays a critical role in ensuring an outstanding client experience, supporting both internal and external stakeholders, including Financial Consultants, Wealth Management Advisors, and other members of the Wealth Management Division. The position is responsible for overseeing complex planning processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include facilitating the financial planning process through the integration, analysis, and preparation of client data, as well as the development of high-quality client-facing materials. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of high-net-worth clients.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance or economics or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of client service experience in financial services industry or similar environment

  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional client service with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of taking initiative and working independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard PC applications within a Windows environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms, including eMoney/WealthVision and LPL Financial systems and tools.

Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:

Those hired for this position may be asked to obtain a Series 65 or 66 license, Life Accident and Health license or other professional designations as needed

Tasks Performed:

  • 50% Support Senior Financial Planner and Financial Planners in the creation, presentation and implementation of comprehensive financial plans. Collaborate on comprehensive financial planning initiatives, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client objectives.
  • 20% Manage the Financial Planning process. Interact with internal/external clients to keep the process moving efficiently. Track process in management software.
  • 20% Provide post-plan client service on an ongoing basis. Follow up with advisors to ensure plan implementation in a timely manner.
  • 5% Complete short term and long term projects, as needed to improve the operating efficiency of the Financial Planning Department. Drive departmental projects focused on innovation, efficiency, and technology integration.
  • 5% Other duties as required

  • Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
