What you´ll do:
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements: You'll ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial reports, providing a clear picture of our financial health.
- Analyze the impact of business actions on financial results: You'll evaluate how different business decisions affect our financial performance, guiding strategic choices.
- Prepare internal and external management reporting packages: You'll compile and present data for stakeholders, offering insights into our financial status and progress.
- Set and track goals to steer company performance: You'll establish key performance indicators and monitor their progress, ensuring we stay on track to meet our objectives.
- Ensure accurate and reliable accounting data: You'll maintain the integrity of our financial information, enabling sound decision-making.
- Provide insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency: You'll dissect financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a business partner for non-finance stakeholders: You'll collaborate with other departments, offering financial expertise to support their initiatives.
Who we´re looking for:
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- You bring between 3-6 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A.
- You possess strong knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects.
- You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Power Query, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plus.
- You have a hands-on mentality, strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn, flexible and resilience.
