Job Description

We are currently looking for a new team member to join the Finance Control department. In this position, you will be responsible for operational and financial control. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • During the financial month-end closing process
  • Preparing financial and analytical reports, as well as presenting results and proposals
  • Identifying solutions to increase operational efficiency and create value, and monitoring their implementation
  • Advising employees on finance-related matters
  • Developing and improving the company’s financial management and control processes and calculation models
  • Creating new tools for financial data management and analysis
  • Closely collaborating with other Company departments and analyzing their performance results

Qualifications

  • Higher education (in finance, management, or economics)
  • At least 5 years of similar work experience
  • Lithuanian and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Understanding of financial and management reporting principles, strong analytical thinking, ability to structure and summarize information, and manage large volumes of data
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Teamwork and time management skills

Would be an advantage:

  • Work experience in a regulated energy sector
