Job DescriptionAs part of Bose’s Global Finance & Business Navigation team, you will work closely with colleagues across functions and regions to deliver data-driven insights that support sound decisions and sustainable growth. This is an opportunity to take on a visible role with real business impact in a global organization.
In this role, you will contribute to financial planning, performance analysis, reporting, and business recommendations for the Automotive business unit. You will help shape decisions through forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling across revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and capital—while building strong partnerships with leaders across the business.
The role offers a broad view of the business, meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders, and the chance to work on complex challenges in a dynamic automotive environment. You will collaborate with finance colleagues around the world while helping align local priorities with broader corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales and gross margin results and forecasts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support the month-end close process by reviewing P&L statements, investigating variances, building presentations and responding to leadership questions
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts for Automotive BU operating expenses, ensuring timely completion and clear presentation to senior leadership
- Ensure subsidiary transfer pricing is set up correctly and transactions flow properly in SAP
- Partner with Sales teams in developing product pricing recommendations when bidding on new business opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry disruption, to build long-range financial and business models and projections for use in evaluating and prioritizing new products, market segments, business models, and research investments
- Lead process improvement and automation efforts to increase efficiency and accuracy in reporting, analysis, and forecasting including leveraging of AI
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent internationally recognized qualifications will be considered
- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis, preferably in the automotive industry, manufacturing, or a global matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and the ability to work effectively within global corporation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
- High learning agility and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to quickly build knowledge of Bose Automotive products, customers, and operating model
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are preferred and would be an advantage in working with local stakeholders and processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP and financial planning or reporting tools is strongly preferred
- Experience working with SAP in a finance or controlling environment; familiarity with German accounting practices and reporting requirements, including HGB and IFRS, is a plus
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and AI tool; exposure to process automation or digital finance tools is a plus
