Senior Financial AnalystPOSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Senior Financial Analyst with experience in compensation, bonus administration, and/or accounting. In this role, you will manage compensation‑related financial processes, ensure accurate incentive payouts, and deliver data‑driven insights that support Operations and leadership decision‑making. The ideal candidate excels in critical thinking, communicates effectively, manages time and priorities well, and maintains strict confidentiality.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Compensation & Bonus Administration
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of bonus and incentive programs, including calculations, validation, and payment processing.
- Deliver accurate, compliant, and on‑time bonus payouts.
- Partner closely with CR to ensure compensation data integrity and resolve issues.
- Manage a high‑volume, deadline‑driven, transactional workload.
- Accounting & Compliance
- Record and reconcile compensation-related accruals/expenses.
- Prepare journal entries in accordance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations for compensation‑related transactions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze compensation trends and produce actionable insights for leadership.
- Develop reports on bonus programs, incentive costs, and compensation metrics.
- Assist in modeling scenarios for compensation changes and their financial impact.
- Collaboration & Leadership Support
- Work closely with CR, Payroll, and Finance teams to streamline and enhance processes.
- Support the Compensation Manager as needed.
- Provide guidance and assistance to junior analysts.
- Address compensation related inquiries and help ensure alignment with organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in financial analysis, compensation, or accounting.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Demonstrated experience with bonus or commission administration.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and recommend process improvements to processes when situations require it.
