- Perform invoice quality checks and process I&O billings in IFS
- Manage infrastructure chargeback inquiries and non-user services (e.g., RFS, servers, Azure)
- Validate vendor approvals and ensure accurate expense allocations
- Perform controllership activities for Infrastructure Services spend, including cost center and variance analysis
- Consolidate internal and third‑party vendor invoices and support monthly reconciliation and reporting
- Track recovered and unrecovered charges and prepare variance and expense reports
- Prepare journal entries and infrastructure services reports (user-level, high-level, YTD)
- Drive process improvements, support system testing (UAT), and contribute to cost‑saving initiatives
- Act as a subject matter resource by providing training, quality checks, and process support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support ad hoc finance and reporting tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, expense management, or a related field
- Prior financial services or transfer agency experience preferred
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and journal entry processing
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with financial reporting tools is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a team-focused environment
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, IFS, or similar financial systems
- Knowledge of Essbase or other reporting tools
