Job Context
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions across various departments within the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.What You’ll Do
Provide detailed financial analysis and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the organization.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other financial tools to provide insights into business performance.
Support ad-hoc requests from senior management for financial data and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
Identify areas for process improvement in finance operations and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software such as Adaptive
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
