We are working with a dynamic organization in Sandy Springs seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys analyzing financial performance and partnering with stakeholders to drive business results.
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends and variances
- Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Partner with business units to evaluate performance and opportunities
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes
- Assist with long-range planning and strategic initiatives
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–6+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and BI tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
