Position Summary
This role, supporting the Beer Division’s Supply Chain, will partner with the Transportation and Ops Planning teams to provide financial insight into business performance. Specific areas of contribution include monthly management reporting and forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, cost-savings initiatives, and any ad hoc project support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of the monthly forecast, annual budget, and long-range plan for Transportation spend through partnership with leaders and key stakeholders to ensure financial estimates and targets appropriately reflect strategic initiatives and current trends
- Support month-end close activities, including consolidation of Freight spend and processing of monthly and quarterly journal entries, and resolution of system issues
- Support creation, production, and distribution of stakeholder management reporting; reviewing results with business partners to provide variance analysis vs. annual plan and to proactively define potential risks or opportunities for the balance of the year
- Partner with Transportation teams to deliver financial analysis and decision support for contract negotiations and capital expenditure projects, ensuring data-driven recommendations and optimal financial outcomes
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of timely and accurate reporting of financial results to meet internal and external requirements.
- Partner with Transportation and Ops Planning to track, analyze, report, and forecast Non-Compliant Transportation spend
- Support, quantify, and report on all cost-savings initiatives related to Transportation spend, working cross-functionally with project leads and stakeholders
- Support cost management process by assisting in ideation and assessment of new projects
- Support various ad-hoc requests from the finance leadership team

- This position will report directly to the Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance/Accounting)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or Consulting required
- Previous exposure to Supply Chain and CPG industry preferred
Technical Proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query/Pivot, Power BI, Xlookup, etc.)
- System Adaptability
- SAP S4 HANA & OneStream experience required

- Highly motivated, change-oriented, and demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Strong financial acumen
- Continuous improvement mindset – ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
- Accurate and detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- CPG firm experience preferred

Finance & AccountingThe salary range for this role is:
$82,400.00 - $123,600.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
