This FP&A position will be supporting NVIDIA's fast-growing Real Estate and Data Center teams. Focusing on Opex, Capex and cash flow forecasting for projects both big and small. Position to be located in our Santa Clara, CA headquarters. As the financial powerhouse supporting the business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of computing. What you’ll be doing:
Support aspects of FP&A financial planning and ongoing reporting processes
Provide financial expertise on real estate, labs, and data center projects supporting development, engineering, build, procurement, and facilities operations teams
Develop ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis
Build strong cross functional partnerships with Real Estate, Accounting, Tax, and IT teams, to influence management decisions
Collaborate with the fixed asset accounting team to ensure compliance with capital project finance controls
What we need to see:
Understanding of the corporate construction process, specifically the FP&A impacts on cash flows, balance sheet, and P&L areas
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) from a leading university in Finance, Economics, or a Business-related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
8+ years’ experience in Finance, with a focus on business financial planning, analysis, modeling, and forecasting for a multinational high-tech corporation
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experienced analytical skills with sophisticated financial modeling techniques, and the ability to develop and communicate business insights
Proven track record building cross-functional relationships and collaborating with key team members
Analytical skills to tailor messaging for audiences of varying levels of seniority and technical expertise
Outstanding financial analysis and modeling skills, highly proficient with Excel and other efficiency tools (SharePoint, Google Docs, PowerPoint, etc.)

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
