Job Description:
1. Job Purpose:
The Financial Analyst works closely with the Performance/Reporting team to ensure timely reporting of monthly financial results for the region, and to support the Business and Commercial team, providing financial information and analysis required in the operational decision making process.

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
3.1 Assist in the monthly financial forecasts as well as the annual budget process for the region/sub-regions.
3.2 Prepare monthly relevant management reports/power BI dashboards to facilitate the monitoring of actual performance versus forecasts or targets.
3.3 Understand and provide product costing information to the commercial team in the region to aid the team in their pricing and sourcing strategies.
3.4 Analyze product costing to provide management and commercial team a view of customer and product profitability.
3.5 Assist in ensuring processes and results are in compliance with US GAAP and SOX 404 requirements.
3.6 Support the Performance Controller in performance/reporting related matters and projects.
4. REQUIREMENTS
4.1 The jobholder should have a degree in Accounting and/or professional
accounting qualifications e.g. ACCA, ACMA, CPA etc.
4.2 At least 4-5 years experience in reputable Accounting firms or financial analysis / costing analysis/business partnering.
4.3 Strong eye for detail with a good grasp for impact.
4.4 Strong technical capabilities.
4.5 Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
4.6 Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI preferred.
4.7 Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English.
