What you will do:
- As part of the FP&A organization, you will support the Production Systems / G&A or Programs Teams, with business data driven results and metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial goals
- Forecast quarterly and annual P&L and compare actuals with budget/forecast. Understand key variances between financial statements and forecasts
- Analyze and evaluate risk factors by synthesizing data and communicating risk
- Continuously identify areas of improvement in existing processes, as well as develop and maintain process documentation
- Prepare, consolidate, and deliver monthly financial statements to various stakeholders within the company in a clear and concise manner
- Lead and assist day-to-day, as well as ad-hoc, projects and requests from various business units within the organization
- Collaborate with the Finance Team on streamlining current processes to ensure efficiencies
- Support monthly close process where applicable
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 5 years experience in FP&A, consulting or similar role
- You have hands-on experience with developing strong business partnerships to achieve operational and financial goals
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and GSuite applications
- You are a self-starter, collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to complex problems
- You have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to summarize complex transactions or concepts at the right level to suit the audience
- You take ownership and work through new initiatives when minimal guidance is available
- You are capable of multi-tasking and re-prioritize workload based on business needs
- You embrace challenges and take commitments and deliver results within reasonable expectations
- You have working knowledge of Nesuite, Coupa and Workday Adaptive

- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Program cost control experience
- Dashboarding experience
