Responsible for analyzing and reporting financial data, forecasting future revenues and expenditures, as well as modeling capital structure and budgeting.   


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; 3-5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Computer Skills

Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel (advanced); Microsoft Dynamics 365.


Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.  The employee is frequently required to talk or hear.  The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
