Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role supporting enterprise-level financial consolidations across Pharmacy Services, with a primary focus on Channel and Client Margin reporting. This role will partner closely with the Lead Director to execute month-end close, forecast, and budget processes, while serving supporting GLP‑1 financial analysis and reporting.
 

The ideal candidate brings strong consolidation experience, the ability to synthesize complex financial drives across multiple teams, and intellectual curiosity to become a trusted analytical partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Channel and Client Margin reporting consolidations across Mail, Specialty, 340B, and Network channels.
  • Prepare and maintain income statement consolidations, including variance analysis vs. Actuals, Forecast, Budget, and Prior Year.
  • Partner with multiple FP&A and business teams to collect, validate, and synthesize financial inputs into a cohesive, executive-ready narrative.
  • Assist in preparing month-end close, forecast, budget for Finance and senior leadership.
  • Serve as an analytical contributor supporting GLP‑1 financial reporting, forecasting, and driver analysis across channels.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the business to support evolving GLP‑1 assumptions, methodologies, and reporting needs.
  • Execute high-visibility analyses and special projects in support of the FP&A leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or related financial roles within a complex organization.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with financial planning and reporting systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pharmacy, healthcare, or services-based financial models, including product or channel margin analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting financial consolidations and income statement reporting across multiple teams or business units.
  • Strong understanding of month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
