The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, business insight, and a proactive mindset to drive financial performance and support leadership with actionable insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across departments.
- Partner with business units to analyze operational performance and provide recommendations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within financial reporting and analysis.
- Track KPIs, financial metrics, and trends to assess business performance and risks.
- Support the preparation of board presentations, investor reports, and strategic planning materials.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
- 4–7+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with financial modeling.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Sage Intacct, Concur, Planful, Power BI, Velixo).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
