The Senior Financial Analyst - Site Operations will partner with site leadership to drive financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. General Responsibilities

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support

Additional Qualifications:

5+ years of finance, FP&A, accounting, or manufacturing finance experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain teams.
Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing financial analysis.
Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar).
Strong analytical, business partnering, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to turn financial data into actionable business insights.
Continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence experience preferred.
