Additional Responsibilities:
- Partner with site leadership to drive financial performance and operational decisions.
- Lead monthly close, reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, productivity, spending, and inventory performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Develop KPIs and provide insights to improve business results.
- Evaluate capital investments and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, financial controls, audit readiness, and compliance.
- Track productivity savings and drive reporting process improvements through automation and standardization.
Additional Qualifications:
- 5+ years of finance, FP&A, accounting, or manufacturing finance experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain teams.
- Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar).
- Strong analytical, business partnering, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to turn financial data into actionable business insights.
- Continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence experience preferred.
