We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Private Investments team — a role for someone who enjoys digging into the details, uncovering insights, and helping leaders understand the story behind the numbers.
This position is ideal for a finance professional with a strong accounting foundation who likes working hands‑on with financial data and turning complex information into clear, actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in supporting financial performance analysis across a diverse investment portfolio, partnering closely with accounting and finance stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity, and sound decision‑making.
About the role
Analyze accounting outputs and financial data to evaluate performance and trends
Translate complex financial information into clear insights and recommendations
Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and close activities
Perform variance analysis and assist with forecasting and budgeting efforts
Work at the ledger level to monitor accuracy and consistency across financial inputs
Help leadership understand “the why” behind the numbers by telling a clear financial story
About you
3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or a related field
At least 2 years of hands‑on FP&A experience
Strong understanding of general ledger activity and financial reporting
Proven ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and communicate findings clearly
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working as an individual contributor within established processes
CPA designation (preferred, not required)
Experience supporting investment, asset management, or private investments teams

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $71,000.00-$161,500.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
