In our Finance Division, caregivers use their knowledge and expertise each day to enhance the Cleveland Clinic experience for patients, families and visitors around the world. In this role, you will provide Financial or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data, metrics and both standard and ad hoc reporting to support the organization’s strategic and operational needs. You will deliver decision support for executive caregivers and may also be responsible for general ledger reconciliations, expense analysis and chargemaster maintenance.
A caregiver in this position works remotely from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.
Candidates must be local to the Cleveland market area for occasional on-site meetings.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Provide financial or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data, metrics and standard/ad hoc reporting to support the organization's needs.
Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information.
Provide support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other issues.
Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial planning processes.
Retrieve and manipulate complex information with database tools, such as SAS and Teradata.
Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and four years of financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience
OR Master’s degree and three years of experience
OR Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience and three years of experience
Ability to complete sophisticated analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation
Ability to lead projects and people
Strong understanding of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Master’s degree
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification
Healthcare experience
Basic accounting understanding
Tech skills - Excel and Snowflake

Physical Requirements:
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
