About the role

We’re looking for a results-driven and analytical Senior Financial Analyst who is passionate about turning data into insights that drive strategic decision-making.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts. You’ll work cross-functionally to provide actionable insights, drive process improvements, and contribute to our company’s growth. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strategic mindset to problem-solving.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Analyze financial data, business trends, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to inform business strategy
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership
- Support monthly close processes and variance analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and tools
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or technology company
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with financial reporting tools, CRM's (SalesForce) & sales tools, data visualization tools (Domo, Tableau)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
