The Senior Analyst, Finance systems is part of the Global Process Organization and is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of settings and processes associated to finance system(s) is performed on a timely basis and according to guidelines.
Overall
The role primary focus is to guarantee the smooth and efficient operation of assigned finance cloud-based system(s), providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various departments to enhance system(s) functionality
Responsibilities
- Supporting technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Performing audits on system access, collaborating with compliance and internal control teams to adhere to organizational policies
- Ensuring internal customer satisfaction by maintaining constant communication on open service items
- Proactively managing and resolve inquiries and requests within the support queue to ensure issues are resolved comprehensively and meet and exceed ticket SLA levels
- Document wireframes and workflows to support requirements

- Administering ticketing system operations
- Assisting with the administration of cloud-based financial systems (MyDSO, HighRadius, etc…)
- Customize and configure the systems to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless workflow integration
- Write clear and concise defect reports for resolution
- Support finance system implementation, upgrades, connections with other systems
- Maintain and update application related user and training documentation (MyDSO, HighRadius,…)
Education & Special Trainings:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or IS/IT required
- Certifications on finance cloud-based system (HighRadius, Blackline, etc…) will be a plus
- Understanding of SQL Server and database management will be a plus
- Programming skills in C# preferable
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum three years of experience in desktop support within a corporate environment
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment is highly preferred
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) required
- Proven experience with PowerBi and advance Microsoft excel/access is highly preferred
- Good communication skills
- Shared service experience is a plus
