The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial leadership to Global Finance. This high exposure role will partner across various levels of the Finance Organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will manage forecast updates, latest thinking and closing activities. This individual will apply their strong analytical skills to develop insights required to add value to the organization. In addition, this individual will have the opportunity to present to Senior Finance Leaders. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong business partnering skills, ability to navigate and manage complexity and proven leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze corporate functions forecasts and evolving strategic direction to deliver key insights and recommendations for Senior Finance Leaders
  • Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling to support executive decision-making
  • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) annually to ensure alignment with WWP and current processes
  • Coordinate and execute fixed asset inventory counts every three years to validate asset accuracy and ensure proper records retention
  • Serve as liaison between technology teams and business partners across forecast and close cycles to ensure seamless execution and timely data flow
  • Provide recurring forecast guidance and latest thinking (LT) outlook to corporate functions stakeholders
  • Upload CGOC forecast data in the SingiFi Tools (Anaplan, AFO, Bravo Express, etc.)
  • Partner with various stakeholders on a cycle-by-cycle basis across including tax and competitor analysis to deliver key insights and recommendations for Senior Finance Leaders
  • Managing P&L top-side adjustments each forecast cycle, including review, documentation, validation, and ensuring consistency across MGMT and GAAP reporting
  • Partner with internal and external auditors by leading walkthroughs, providing audit evidence, and addressing inquiries on Controls owned by the team

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required with a major in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • A CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certifications are preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or relevant business experience is required
  • Strong financial systems experience (SAP, data visualization/analysis tools), and MS Office preferred with Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills are required
  • Candidate must possess strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, influencing skills, independent thinking, leadership abilities including mastering complexity and planning/prioritization
  • Ability to partner at all organizational levels, operate with a high degree of independence and have the proven ability to lead and collaborate is required
  • This role will be located in New Brunswick, NJ with minimal travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79,000.00 - $127,650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
