We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales FP&A team based out of our Santa Clara campus. This new role will extend rebate and deal desk activity into the FP&A team. As an integral member of the FP&A team, our Organization’s overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both insightful and measurable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization, requiring knowledge of advanced tool and analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to execute to Company’s timelines. It is a visible role within Finance for an energetic individual who thrives on inspiring change and impacting the business in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- This is a non-traditional Sales FP&A role requiring direct experience with Market Development Funds (MDF), rebate, or channel incentive programs
- Finance Business Partner to support WW Channel Sales and NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Programs & Operations teams on MDF and Indirect Rebates
- Proactively lead cross-functional collaboration with Partner Sales, NPN Programs & Operations, BU Finance, Marketing Finance, and Revenue Accounting teams on MDF strategy and execution
- Closely partner with NPN Programs & Operations teams and partner sales leaders to establish and drive towards channel goals through the use of creative incentive structures
- Oversee and administer externally and internally facing Salesforce incentive portals
- Generate MDF forecasts, aligning with BU Finance, Marketing Finance, Revenue Accounting for P&L modeling
- Develop key performance metrics and dashboards to measure effectiveness of Incentive Programs and MDF Strategy
- Analyze large data sets across multiple platforms and systems with the ability to synthesize the data to draw conclusions, provide business insights, and tell a story through data
- Maintain data quality and data accuracy across all group projects and drive continuous improvement efforts for data quality. Ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of all standard reports
What we need to see:
- 5+ years of Finance / Sales Finance / Sales Operations experience, especially with revenue data analytics and modeling, supporting a global, high-tech corporation
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering; MBA a plus
- Expert proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, Databricks, and SAP applications a plus
- Track record of employing AI tools for data analysis, modeling, and reporting workflows
- World-class analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques, with ability to derive and convey business insights
- Ability to define new processes, improve analytics, and influence business decisions
- Eagerness to wear many hats, adjusting day-to-day responsibilities as business conditions evolve
- Meticulous with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, simultaneously manage multiple priorities, and challenge the status quo to lead change and process improvement

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD for Level 3, and 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD for Level 4.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
