How We Work?
Our hybrid work model (3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions and build relationships. At the same time, it offers flexibility you need to focus and do your best work
Objectives:
• Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections:
-
Manage and oversee AR collections for the APJ region and strategic accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Develop strategies to improve collections performance and achieve KPIs.
• UAT Lead for ARCC:
-
Serve as the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lead for ARCC, ensuring system changes meet business requirements and are implemented seamlessly.
• Project Leadership:
-
Lead ARCC automation projects, driving efficiencies and innovation within the AR process.

Act as the primary liaison between the ARCC team and IT for Oracle-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-
Work closely with IT, finance, and other stakeholders to implement system enhancements and resolve issues.

Provide support to India Finance Shared Services on automation initiatives and Power BI dashboard development.
• Escheatment Process Management:
-
Lead the escheatment process in collaboration with tax team and external consultant, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Policy Documentation:
-
Support the drafting, updating, and implementation of AR policies to standardize and enhance processes.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
-
Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and operational effectiveness.
Competencies:
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.

5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, financial analysis, or related roles.

Proven experience in project management and automation initiatives.

Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and Power BI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.

Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems, including implementation and troubleshooting.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including macros and data analysis tools.

Expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.

Familiarity with automation tools and processes.

Experience with financial modeling and data visualization platforms.
