This is an incredible opportunity to own key financial processes, drive impactful retail projects, and contribute to the success of our Retail and Ecommerce businesses across Australia and New Zealand. What You’ll Be Doing:
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Lead month-end reporting, including Retail entry files, key reports, and RBU reporting
- Oversee PRISM/OMS reconciliations and ensure data integrity in SAP
- Manage variable rent calculations and accruals
- Process promo recharges from stores and Ecommerce
- Prepare annual audited sales certificates for retail stores
- Administer retail store leases and documentation
- Oversee retail store stock takes in SAP and PRISM
Retail & Ecommerce Projects
- Support retail and Ecommerce initiatives, ensuring smooth financial integration
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement automation solutions
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Ensure retail finance procedures adhere to PUMA’s global policies
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to meet audit requirements
Leadership & Mentorship
- Manage and mentor a Retail Accountant, helping them grow and excel
YOUR TALENT
- What We’re Looking For:
- CPA/CA qualified professional
- Experience in Retail and/or FMCG industries (preferred)
- A cost-conscious, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- A team player with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SAP experience and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of IAS
- Immediate availability to jump into this exciting role
