What You'll Do
Build and maintain product cost estimates, standards, and handbooks to support accurate proposal development and pricing decisions.
Define and execute product cost strategy, including identifying opportunities for restructuring and process improvement.
Partner with supply chain and project execution teams to drive performance across cost, fulfillment, quality, and cash.
Apply functional policy and financial best practices to solve problems, drawing on multiple internal sources to reach sound, well-supported decisions.
Share your expertise informally with newer team members and communicate complex financial information clearly to colleagues across the business.

Required
Advanced experience in Finance and Product Cost
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Proven ability to analyze financial data, develop cost models, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Preferred
Experience supporting proposals, bids, or product pricing in a manufacturing, supply chain, or project-based environment.
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to document, plan, and execute cross-functional programs.
