Launched in January 2021, KICKS CREW is a leading global platform for authentic athletic footwear and sportswear. While the industry is hunger-marketing and scarcity-driven, our mission is to democratize sneaker culture, making it inclusive and accessible to all consumers.

💻 Role
 

• Responsible for financial and management reporting, financial planning and analysis, as well as cash flow and treasury management
• Work closely with different departments to bolster business operations, optimize financial procedures, and enhance overall effectiveness
• Create and uphold internal controls to guarantee adherence to regulations and company policies
• Oversee audit and tax planning and filing
• Manage company secretarial matters
• Act as a point of contact with external parties including bankers, auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants for pertinent projects and initiatives
• Provide assistance for ongoing and ad-hoc projects at both local and regional levels

👋 About you
 

• A university degree in Accounting or Business related field
• Must be a Qualified Accountant
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years were in a managerial /supervisory role, candidates with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager
• Be able to interpret and analyze business operation data; and possess strong business acumen
• Detailed-minded, accurate, independent, self-motivated, proactive, and organized individual with good interpersonal and influential skills to work with all levels of stakeholders
• Prior experience in e-commerce or start-up experience
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
