About the Role & Key Responsibilities
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function through advanced analytics, reporting, and automation. This role requires strong expertise in Power BI, Python, Snowflake, SQL, Copilot, Azure, Adaptive Planning, and AI-driven analytics to enable data-driven financial decisions. You will work with FP&A teams and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, accurate insights.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Reporting:
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for FP&A
- Build optimized data models and DAX measures
- Ensure accurate data refreshes aligned with finance cycles
Advanced Analytics:
- Analyze and automate workflows using Python
- Write and optimize SQL queries on financial datasets
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
FP&A Systems:
- Support Adaptive Planning models and reporting
- Assist with planning, forecasting, and workforce modeling
AI & Automation:
- Apply AI concepts to improve reporting efficiency
- Reduce manual effort through intelligent automation
