Job Brief

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive (Senior) Finance Associate to join our Finance team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the company's day-to-day finance operations, month-end closing activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely reporting.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide operational support to other departments which involves internal system adjustments reviews and executions

  • Manage weekly payment processing, petty cash transactions, and finance records

  • Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial analysis

  • Prepare management reports and assist with financial reporting requirements

  • Monitor postpaid client collections and follow up on outstanding receivables

  • Track spending against budgets and support budget variance analysis

  • Assist with statutory compliance activities, including audits and tax filings

  • Review, update, and maintain finance SOPs and process documentation

  • Support ad hoc finance projects and operational initiatives as assigned
